3rd Transnational project meeting

The STEM Sports Education partnership came together for its third Transnational Project Meeting (TPM), hosted by ASD Sport Compass. The meeting brought all partners up to speed on key milestones across the project’s work packages. A major focus was placed on WP3, with partners working towards finalising the STEM Sports Learning Toolkit: each country’s module, including student materials, teacher guides, and executive summaries, is due for completion by the end of May 2026. The group also reached an important agreement on the toolkit’s translation strategy, Ensuring that introductions and executive summaries will be made available in all partner languages, making the materials as accessible as possible across the consortium’s countries.

On the WP4 front, partners reviewed progress on the Training Program Toolkit for educators, which will take the form of an 8-hour training programme, to be piloted locally with at least 10 educators per country. Looking ahead, the partnership also began planning for the Final Conference, provisionally set for 15–16 October, which will include keynote speakers, parallel workshops, and a poster presentation and networking event open to the wider community.
